CUTTING

Cutting is the initial phase of all processing, which allows panels of large dimensions to be cut, reduced, and trimmed to the smaller sizes required by the customer. Thanks to modern technologies, our company is able to increase efficiency and provide overall quality for subsequent processing.

PRESSING

This is the phase that follows cutting, where plastic laminate or veneer is applied to the raw panel (chipboard, MDF, plywood, etc.) using vinyl glue on one or both surfaces.

PANTOGRAPHING

The versatility of this machine allows us to perform any cutting, drilling, and engraving operations on the panel. The workstation is perfectly suited to meet all customer needs, thanks to its range of accessories.

EDGING

Thanks to the high-productivity squaring and edging system, we are able to carry out processing on panels with edges of various thicknesses, using paper, wood, and ABS edges (from 0.4mm to 3mm).

The machine can work with different types of materials: MDF and chipboard, with a minimum height of 8mm up to a maximum of 60mm.

Furthermore, equally important is the ability to perform the same processing on curved panels, thus meeting all needs.
